I had people at the dealership trying to help me get things working and even though the cables that we were using worked with other android phones, they did not with mine.Ģ, Using the turbo charge cable, I followed some instructions on the web: I believe that this was what may have got everything working. Nothing worked until I used a turbo charge usb cable which came from an earlier moto g4 (I was shipped a one piece turbocharge unit with the g5 plus!).
